How do I register for DrupalCon Vienna 2025?

Register on the official DrupalCon Vienna website via the registration portal.

What is included in the registration fee.

The registration fee for participants includes:  

  • 3 conference days packed with hundreds of sessions divided in 7 tracks and BoFs
  • Inspiring Keynotes including Driesnote
  • Access to the recorded sessions 72 hours after the sessions end (upon speakers' authorisation)
  • Access to Contribution Room (Tuesday - Thursday) & Contribution Day (Friday)
  • International Splash Awards
  • Exhibition hall & sponsored sessions
  • Catering services
  • Digital tote-bag
  • Access to social events (Opening Reception, Women in Drupal, Trivia Night, Wrap up Ceremony)

The registration fee does not include:  

  • Travel expenses
  • Accommodation
  • Personal insurance*  

*We recommend you to obtain your personal travel insurance.

What are the registration types and rates?
  • Very Early Bird: 775 € (limited to 50 tickets)
  • Early Bird: 805 € (until 17 June)
  • Regular: 985 € (until 15 September)
  • Late: 1165 € (until 16 October)

Can I register onsite? 

Yes, you can buy the full ticket onsite for the Late rate of 1165 €.

What registration discounts are available?
  • Student Discount: 485 € (valid ID required)
  • Group Discounts: get 5 or more tickets and save up on each ticket
    • Early Bird Group Discount - 780 € for one ticket (save 25 € compared to single ticket)
    • Regular Group Discount - 955 € for one ticket (save 30 € compared to single ticket)
  • Grants and Scholarships: The application process for Grants and Scholarship will be announced soon. Meanwhile, learn more about the awards and selection process.

Where do I apply for my invitation letter/Visa letter?

During the registration process, indicate if a visa is needed. An invitation letter will be sent via email after registration is paid.

What time does the official program of DrupalCon Vienna 2025 start?

The program is not yet announced, however, the official program of DrupalCon Vienna 2025 is estimated to begin on 14 October 2025 at 10:30 CEST with the Opening Ceremony, while registration and the exhibition area will open earlier to welcome attendees.

Is there a code of conduct for the event?

Yes, DrupalCon has a code of conduct that all attendees must follow.
