What if I submitted this project to a regional Splash Award (and won)?

It does not matter if you participated in a regional Splash Award, or if you won. You are encouraged to submit your project to the International Splash Awards as long the project was not disqualified and it fits within the submission guidelines. 

What if I submitted this project to an International Splash Award in the past and did not win? May I re-submit?

Yes, as long as the submitted project was not disqualified and as long as your submission fits within the submission guidelines.

What if my submitted project won an International Splash Award in the past?

Then the project may not be re-submitted. See the submission guidelines.
